Penang House drive me Crazy~!!!

ALright, thorough whole day, i was wondering what is the things that i going to critic for my 1st new post. So, i'm just gonna have a short cut through this topic. Penang houses, property is "Insanely" , "Extremely" , "Super duplely" whatever "ly" expensive. All the prize for landed house, condominium has been set with a crazy price. Let's take a simple example, "The Cove". I believe msot of you guys here heard about this big name and know where it actually locate at.. Just try to take a look for the pictures below:

Wonderful isn't it, from my point of view,ya, truly is great for most of the people. I think this condo is especially designed "millionaire" as the price is between RM1.1million - 1.7million. In fact, the cheapest still up to million. If you want to enjoy the luxury , do you think everyday sitting in office at your own place will fullfill your dream to get this?? When i think of this question, it eventually comes to my mind that " yes, Jermayne.. i agree what you've said today, even until today KE nia~!!!!" Haha...ya, KE nia ..so what? I'm not trying to criticize anything, but let us figure how are we suppose to make ourselve to live in such a place which is "impossible" to us now, but not "impossible" to all of us upcoming future.

let's WAKE UP ~~~~ together. Penang houses price increasing rapidly, it's not afforadable like 10 years before anymore. Lang Zhais, let us hold each others hand together and bring our lang zhai's blog to another new way of direction, build our blog and earn big money.. haha. Don't laugh~ you won't know what if we'll really make it together one day :)
